Installation Note 43104: The XML element is missing from the config.xml file during manual configuration of Oracle WebLogic

When you perform a manual configuration of WebLogic with SAS 9.3, the resulting Instructions.html file contains a section entitled "Changes to config.xml." This section states that you do NOT need to update the config.xml file.
However, only the first change in the list is incorporated. The second change is to add the web-app-container XML element. You need to incorporate this second change manually to the config.xml file.
